Why am I asked for...
...my name? To make communication more personal. You can use any name.
...my email address? In your mailbox, you will find a message with a PIN to enter the assessment. This PIN will let you return to it after answering some (but not all) questions. You can ask for two optional emails: (1) an email with your results and (2) an email with links to some of the best learning resources on how to navigate the web. There will be no unsolicited emails.
...enrollment key? At this time, the Self-Assessment is only available by invitation. Central Michigan University may offer it to everyone in the near future.
